The Helix Vest was created out of the designer’s love for punk culture, and to incorporate a sleeveless silhouette into a western style collection. It combines the grit of distressed twill with a classic D-ring that represents a horse-shoe shape, tying into the western theme. Most standard Americana pieces that reference field work would have total body coverage, while the Helix Vest takes a modern stance by appearing as though the sleeves have been ripped off.
