SHIPPING
For domestic US shipments, garments are shipped via UPS for a flat rate of $15 USD.
Garments ship internationally via DHL Express [at this time] for a flat rate of $25 USD.
All orders over $300 USD are eligible for automatic free shipping at checkout.
Some international shipments may be sent via UPS depending on destination. All shipments originate from our designer-run studio in Philadelphia, PA.
ENTREM is not responsible for duties or customs fees that may apply once your items arrive in your country of origin.

RETURNS
At this time, ENTREM can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:
Damaged goods or defective items [proven within the first 14 days of receiving the item]
Garments that arrive in the wrong size, color, etc.
We highly recommend you consult the size chart carefully to ensure you receive garments in your intended size.
