Refund policy
We highly recommend you consult the size chart carefully to ensure you receive garments in your intended size. As a made-to-order operation, we can always construct garments in custom sizing, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you do not see your size listed. In the event you need to return an item that meets the above criteria, contact us at orders@entrem.us
Refunds may only be accepted if returned items that meet the above criteria are shipped back in the condition which they were sent out in. Refunds can, however, be given if you wish to cancel your order in lieu of receiving your items.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at orders@entrem.us within 48 hours of payment being accepted. If you do not cancel your order within a 48 hour period of payment being accepted, ENTREM reserves all rights to process your order and fulfill it accordingly. We highly recommend you consult the size charts, as well as carefully look over details to ensure you are ordering appropriately.
