ABOUT ENTREM //

ENTREM is an artisanal, made-to-order brand owned and operated by one designer; an abstracted design concept drawing from a multitude of influences, ranging from harsh architectural design to futuristic geometry. ENTREM is always looking to strike a balance among what is comfortable, what is utilitarian, and what is technical by way of textile properties. We strive to be as transparent as possible about our processes; our textile mills are located in South Korea, and all garments are professionally constructed by our small team of garment professionals in Brooklyn, NY.

WHAT IS MADE-TO-ORDER?

ENTREM garments aren’t made until ordered, meaning every ENTREM garment is handmade specifically for its purchaser. Due to our made-to-order operating model, a goal of ENTREM since its conception, we offer custom sizing for an additional flat rate of $100 USD. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The lead time for orders is anywhere around 4 to 6 weeks, before garments are fully constructed and shipped; this range is an estimate and lead times may vary. The lead time for a garment with custom measurements may exceed 6 weeks.


REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Currently, we can only offer refunds or exchanges for defective garments, and proof of defects must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your garment. Please check size charts carefully when ordering to ensure you will receive the correct size. No refunds or exchanges are available for custom size pieces.
